We extend our warmest congratulations to all students who successfully completed the 𝐈𝐨𝐓 (𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬) 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 Training Program and the 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 that we proudly conducted during 2025.

We are especially proud of the outstanding achievements and impact created by the graduates of these two important programs. The students who participated in the 𝐈𝐨𝐓 for Smart Agriculture Program demonstrated remarkable innovation and practical skills in applying technology to modern farming and agricultural development. As a result, 66% of the graduates successfully entered the job market directly by establishing businesses that provide smart agriculture services, while others are actively contributing to increasing agricultural productivity and supporting the country’s overall economic growth.

Likewise, the graduates of the 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 achieved impressive results, with 73% successfully entering the labor market through full-time employment opportunities and internships. Their success reflects the importance of equipping youth with practical workplace skills, communication abilities, professionalism, leadership, and career readiness competencies needed in today’s competitive job market.

These achievements are a strong testament to the talent, dedication, resilience, and potential of Somali youth when provided with quality training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.
