H.E. MP. Aamina Hussein Ali, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, also delivered an important and inspiring speech during the summit, focusing on the importance of education, youth empowerment, and personal development.

The Deputy Minister also delivered a special message to young women and girls, encouraging them to actively pursue education and attend schools, colleges, and universities with confidence and determination. She stressed that girls should not limit themselves to staying at home, but instead should fully participate in education, leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional development opportunities that empower them to achieve their goals and become active contributors to society.
Furthermore, she highly praised the Jamhuriya Incubation Center (JIC) for its outstanding contribution to nurturing skilled, innovative, and entrepreneurial youth. She commended the centerโs efforts in creating impactful programs that support youth development, innovation, and practical skills training, which are helping shape a brighter future for Somali communities.
