We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all students who successfully completed the 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, especially the two cohorts we proudly trained during 2025.

We are incredibly proud of the achievements and progress made by the graduates of this program. One of the most remarkable outcomes is that 55% of the participants successfully entered the job market directly after completing the training. Many secured full-time jobs, others gained valuable internship opportunities, while some took the entrepreneurial path by establishing their own digital service companies and startups.

These achievements reflect the impact of practical digital skills training, innovation, and youth empowerment in preparing young people for today’s evolving job market and digital economy. The dedication, creativity, and determination shown by these graduates demonstrate the enormous potential of Somali youth when given the right opportunities, mentorship, and support.
